A Student Short Film & Video Fest". Currently running in our second year, we aim to promote, educate, attract and initiate a filmmaker niche in downtown Mississauga. "SPEAK UP" will feature Canadian short films created by students in the local area, as well as those from across Canada. This year's festival will include an international category to introduce overseas contact to a Mississauga audience.
