The summer of ’98 marked the beginning of a new tradition at Kettleby Valley. We made hundreds of new friends during our initial summer as a Summer Day Camp. For many of them, Kettleby Valley was their first camping experience and we are proud to have been selected to fill that role.
Since our first year, we have grown to offer great experiences in Day Camping, Residential Camping and Canoe Tripping. As we have grown, our commitment has remained simple – to combine safe and exciting programs for Campers with the flexibility and convenience that makes life easier for parents. Communication is paramount in building relationships, and we are always available to answer your questions. Please call us any time.
During our Residential Camp sessions, friendships are deepened and a greater level of independence is developed within the Camper. There are six Residential sessions offered throughout the summer, each beginning on Sunday afternoon and ending on Friday afternoon.
The 6-day and 5-night program is a great introduction (for both Campers and their Parents) to the concept of being away from home for an extended period of time.
In addition to the daily schedule, Campers will take part in their choice of activities before dinner and an evening program following the meal. With campfires, night hikes, skits, stories and many other traditional events, the Camper’s experience will be one that they will remember for many years to come! |
