Reach Dance Academy offers a family environment where all dancers are encouraged to achieve their personal best in a low student teacher ratio. All classes are taught under the direction of our Artistic Director and are designed to build positive self-esteem by providing challenges your dancer can meet. At the end of the season all dancers have the opportunity to perform on stage in our year end showcase where every dancer is a star. Brianne and the assisting Reach staff pride themselves on teaching fun, stimulating classes where boys and girls alike can Point Their Toes and Reach for the Stars.
Jazz
These classes will be based on building jazz technique. If you like to jump, turn and leap then this class is for you! Advanced classes will include barre work for increased strength.
Tap
Students will love getting their feet into these fun loud shoes and learning the fundamentals of tap.
Ballet
Ballet technique will be taught on the barre and across the floor.
Lyrical
Acro
This exciting class combines the art of dance with gymnastics and acrobatics. Dancers will learn cartwheels, walkovers, elbow stands, tumbling, and other cool tricks. Dance routines for the year-end showcase will definitely dazzle the audience.
Hip Hop
Musical Theatre
Do you like to sing, dance and act? Then this class is for you! Musical theatre classes will take the dance styles of jazz, lyrical and tap dance and combine them with acting and singing (lip syncing). Routines will be choreographed to songs from Broadway musicals and Disney classics.
Modern
Belly Dancing
Salsa
Specialized Toddler Programs:
- Toddler Grooves Stage 1: 18 - 24 months
- Toddler Grooves Stage 2: 2 - 3yrs.
- Creative Dance: 3-5yrs.
