Mystic Drumz offers amazing programs for Birthdays, Camps, Daycares, Schools and Corporate groups.
The program offered for Birthday Parties varies depending on the age of the group. Generally the B-Day boy or girl becomes King or Queen for the day. They are given special powers over their friends/tribe members during the party. All children complete a simple three part initiation that includes the secret movements, the secret chants and the secret drum. After this the children get to play the tribal drumz, African Djembe's and Latin Bongos as well as bells, tambourines, triangles,
shakers, etc....(this part is for school age, junior children will
participate in more dancing and singing games)
The Party comes to you and runs approximately one hour. In that time we also mix some story telling about the instruments origins with instrument demonstration. You need a medium size open space where the children could from a small circle. This is an exciting high energy music adventure!!!
An extra add on program is offered were kidz make an instrument to take home
with them. |
