Charactors Theatre Troupe was created seventeen years ago to help children develop the skills required in the Performing Arts. Our programs are designed in such a way as to enhance a child's self esteem, confidence, sense of commitment and to learn the importance of working as a team.
Charactors offers programs for children ranging from Grade 1 to Grade 12, including: Musical Theatre programs; Performing Arts Workshops; Summer Theatre Arts Camps, and Theme Birthday Parties.
Charactors is proud to present, for the Junior (grade 3-5) and Senior (grade 6-8) Musical Theatre Programs:
The Teen Musical (grade 9-12) will be announced during the course of the summer break, as we are awaiting the availability of rights for a couple of shows. As always, our show choice will be ensemble-based. Previous teen musical theatre productions have included: Footloose, Urinetown, The Boy Friend and Sweet Charity.
