Poor customer service and poor communication, October 3, 2008

I had a bad experience with Rugcutterz. Some staff members are not friendly, I would even say hostile. The place is very crowded and the atmosphere is quite chaotic. Parents do not get a chance to see even part of the class. If you come across a problem, do not expect that the staff would help to solve or at least would try to be understanding. You do not get a chance to talk to the teacher or even meet the teacher and ask how your child is doing. There is obviously lack of communication and the front desk staff is not very helpful.
