Pre natal Yoga couples workshop!!, May 15, 2008

I wasn't sure what my husband and I were getting into in this workshop but once the class started all that went away. The space really is beautiful, in an original warehouse building, it doesn't look like much from the outside but the studio is soo relaxing!! We worked together through Yoga partner poses which really helped us feel more connected and the class was great. I really loved the massage class, were we learned to do foot massage for pregnancy. The positions for labour helped us both feel more comfortable with the whole birthing process. I'd highly recommend this workshop!!!

I really loved my pre natal Pilates fusion class, the instructor was wonderfuland extremely knowledable. The space is quite beautiful and very relaxing, I will definitely be returning for Post natal classes!
