We do everything we can to protect the reviews on our site from fraudulent submissions that affect ratings and rankings. In the rare case that we find a fake self-review, we remove it immediately and may penalize the company in question.

All reviews must follow our guidelines. We will not publish a review unless it is:

Family-friendly - Reviews should be written in the appropriate language suitable for the family environment. It should follow the email etiquette. Please do not use ALL CAPS, excessive typographic symbols, HTML tags, or slang. We have zero tolerance for profanity.

Relevant to other parents - No personally insulting language or descriptions, no smear campaigns and no content that is irrelevant and unhelpful to parents. No reviews about experience that had happened more than three years ago.

Respectful - Reviews can't share personal and sensitive information about the business being reviewed

Non-commercial - No commercial e-mail addresses or contact information are allowed in reviews. No promotional material of any kind may be included. We reserve the right to reject any URL for any reason.

Written by a visitor over the age of 13 - All reviewers must be over the age of 13.

Submitted using a valid e-mail address - We may need to contact you if there is a problem with your review, so the e-mail address associated with your account needs to be correct. No fake e-mail addresses, please.
